Encumbered bug. Had backpack full but under the weight limit. Traded with another player, supposed to be encumbered, but actually was not. Was moving kinda glitchy, was able to dodge and use abilities. - Is this a bug or an exploit:

Fill your backpack to the weight limit. Trade with another player for item that will make your items total weight over the limit.
