Just levelled up for the second time and haven’t received either package 
I can confirm this issue, lvl 0 to 1 it did not give me the 3rd Reward.
I am now expertise level 11 and haven’t received any specialized fishing boxes

Just hit lvl 207. still no chest. i think the devs are trying to tell us we are all retarded for choosing this path in the game

I haven’t received the last 2 specialized packages as well. Bug still exists
Having the same bug - achieving completed levels and not getting the box reward - or the emerald gypsum either.
Confirm here too! I’ve already passed 3 level and still can’t get them! I just wanna ask the dev can we get our rewards back because fishing is now the funniest PvE thing for me now. This kind of bug really make people want to quit this game
Just hit lvl 206. still no chest. will there be compensation? if so, would confirmation be necessary?

Thank you for at least replying. I just quit playing this game three days ago cuz those bugs of fishing really burned my passion out.
Not only this one but also the Major fishing trophy bug that you can’t stack the luck of 3 major trophies. Oh, the fishing UI may disappear from time to time especially if you change the visual settings.
And I believe the devs have never known that the recipe of “Blackened Mandje Mandje with Corn Succotash“ is not included Mandje Mandje. (It’s made by Lava Barb.)
That’s just some major issues about fishing. But anyway, Willard, you have nothing wrong about those things. I’m just one of the frustrated gamers who finally stop torturing myself and left this MMO once I had a high hope on.
This is the picture I took before I quit this game. Thank you again for letting our sounds to be heard by the devs I think.

it’s a long wait ! kind of same thing with farming bot they are everywhere,. during that time people quit the game. pls do something the game is full of potential.

Thanks @Willard. I know this is a problem for only the niche group that is Fishing Masters, and that we’re a small bunch compared to, well, pretty much everybody. Still, it’s rewards we should be getting, so thanks for nudging it along. 
@Willard can we follow up on confirming that we will be compensated for the missing items at some point in the future? Even if a time frame cannot be confirmed?
