- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I’ve played (both won and lost) OPR about 3 or 4 times over last week or so and not received Ruby Gymsum or any other rewards, I wanted to do this twice daily for Orb but rewards don’t appear to be consistent

I’ve experienced this issue too. I rarely play OPR, but played a full match from start to end today and got no reward. 
Are you scoring over 500? You need to score over 500 to get reward
If you already have 4 gympsum OPR in your inventory, you must transform them at the forge before you can have another ones.
