Not recieved Twitch Drops skins from newest promotion

I have connected my New World/Steam Account to my Twitch Account and haven’t received my drops from Twitch promotion. My Nickname is Bobilicious at
Gawain server.

I have clicked yellow “Activate” few times already and still nothing. It shows that it’s activated yet after checking next time result is the same.

And just to confirm, you’ve “claimed” it in your Drops inventory on Twitch?

Yes, I do, it’s claimed, and after I click it the button says “Not Connected” and if I try to Connect again this moves me to the New World Drops website and it’s a loop. Nothing worked for several days, I tried with old Drops and new. I only got my Prime gaming reward set this month.

Sorry to know you’re having this error when you are pressing the button and nothing changes, I know how frustrating this is.

When you have a chance would you mind trying the following steps:

  1. Close the game completely.
  2. Go to this page: Twitch Drops | New World
  3. If the accounts are linked, unlink them and link them again
  4. Once both are linked the third selection will show. Then click “Activate”. The player should see a message pop up saying “Success! Your Drop will be available in New World Starting…!”
  5. Log in to New World.
  • Make sure your Steam account is not linked to another Amazon or Twitch Account.
  • Make sure that it shows both accounts as “Linked” on that page above.

Thanks for the answer, however it looks like nothing works for me. Yellow “Active” lead to “…wait for 24h…” yet after reloading the website it’s still not linked. Also talking to Customer service using ticket system would be a bad experience as always :frowning: but looks like it’s the only way to fix it.

I am reopening the thread because after a HORRIBLE experience with Customer Support I have to leave a few words here. Amazon’s incompetence is beyond imagination, those people have to help not copy-pasting nonsense and writing like a BOT (if they are not bots anyway). A “Michał Aniołek” from Support linked me to Forums and said Moderators will help me. So I am waiting for help.
