Not reimbursed after trading patch

Hi everyone, sorry if this was posted earlier. I am a dad of 2 year old twins, so I miss details!

I was under the impression that we would be reimbursed for lost coin due to the buy/sell order market glitch.

I logged in this morning and noticed no compensation, and I can list 3-5 sales off the top of my head that I lost coin/items for this week alone totaling well above 1k coin.

I know it isn’t much, but its alot to me when I can’t grind with my kiddos.

If I missed something, please let me know. Has anyone else been reimbursed? Has anyone else not been reimbursed?
