Nothing in patch about Crystal cores being added to game nor Arcana crafting at 600

As per title.

There is nothing in this patch about Crystal corrs being added to the game nor is there anything about arcana being able to be crafted to 600.

This has not been in the game since launch and it is extremely disappointing that this still has not been resolved.

Could we please have communication on when this will be resolved so that we can find these items in games and craft at the appropriate levels.
