- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I crafted some steel tools for a friend on the basis that mine were level 18 (all uncommon) I forgot to enhance the wood axe with azoth and cam out as uncommon. He then informed me that he is unable to equip it as he’s only level 18, but was able to equip all others. So the un-“enchanted” one requires a higher level, seems wrong to me.
