NPC DON'T TALK. someone have the same issue? you know the fix?

yes I tried to verify the game files, I totally reinstalled it, I changed several servers, but nothing changes. in English the voices of the NPCs are heard, in Italian no. this problem came to both me and a friend of mine at the same time, so I don’t know if it’s a problem of my settings. anyway thanks for answering me
