Numerous NPC's voices do not activate, or are cut off in the middle

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Vyrij
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Numerous dialogues with NPC’s in polish language do not activate their voice at all, or cut it in the half.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: A bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It is annoying cause since I love dubbing actors you have hired for that game, some of my favourite ones, I do not skip them.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Never, it is always cut in the same dialogue place or never activated
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: Dorren Farrell Video; Lau Kang Video; Shillie Duffy Video
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

1. Change language to polish if it is not
2. Talk to NPC’s seen in the attached videos
3. Talk to Megara Pantazis as well
4. (Important to me!) Talk to Sylvia Oakes.

Additional info:
There are many more NPC’s that are affected by the issue, of course I will not record video of every conversation, those are only examples. (Starting NPC, not the captain one, has that issue as well)

It’s pretty common in English, for non-main quests to just say a few words. The rest is silent.
