I think this is the issue. Technically the gear score doesnā€™t go down. However, per this screenshot, the effectiveness if it does. Nobody cares if the number says 600. They care about that 600 piece acting like a 520 piece.

I was a bit confused with the whole thing at first but I have seen some good explanations about how it could be a good.

Giving both sides of the story always helps.

I cant find the thread or the poster now (I think AGS killed it), but someone made the point that AGS was adding ways to increase Expertise across all in-game activities in order to offset the loss of power.

Wait so you are saying that since some random person didnā€™t make a YouTube video within xx hours of a news release that has some significance? Do these videos really influence your thought that much? I just donā€™t get the need to be told what to think from someone I dont care about on a video. Maybe some people need that I guessā€¦

Some YTers are straight up anti-NW (which I ignore). Some are pro-NW (which I take with a grain of salt for sure).

But they do sometimes have a different perspective that I might not have seen.
