Hello, I’m trying english support because pt-br seems to ignore my email.
Game is consuming all my pc memory (16gb [2x8]) and crashing or causing windows blue screen.
The System is up to date. GPU driver I have tried latest one and the old one ( old one lasts a little more ).
Disabled every unnecessary program on startup. Since yesterday I can’t stay logged in.
I did format my pc because I thought it was a hardware issue, and tried different ssd to install, but only game that it happens is new world.

Please tell me there’s a fix and I won’t need to quit this wonderful game.
Tried, set it to low, cap fps to 60fps but most of time I’m not able to connect, it crashs on character selection. No overheat, I can play any other game, even without restart pc. After nw crashs it “clean” the reserved space on memory and everything works fine.

2x 8gb 2666 (tried enable xmp to 3200 but didn’t work)
