NW PTR Client in Steam Library? As of 11/10 at 0400 EST, no client yet

I just read the official post that “by the end of the day” on the 9th, there will be a PTR client download in Steam in my library. I’ve looked and nothing is there. Anyone else have access to a PTR download yet? Maybe I’m just dumb and can’t find it.

PTR servers will officially open tomorrow, November 10, at 12 PM PT (7PM UTC)

@SereDown that’s when the servers open not when you can start downloading the client

Another example of them jumping the gun and announcing something they aren’t ready to push out.
