NW Support does not offer much help compared to other MMO

The level of player support offered by AGS’s team is almost non-existent compared to other major MMORPGs.
Yesterday I made the mistake to buy several 600 GS patterns instead of Green ones at the Medleyfaire Maestro NPC. My bad. I politely asked customer service to erase the 600 GS patterns in my inventory and refund the tokens, since I have no use for them.
The support guy answered that it was “technically impossible” to perform such action without triggering rollback.
Everybody with a bit of experience knows this is not true. This kind of service is usually offered by MMORPGs publishers with no problems.

Ealier this year, the same refusal to a similar request was opposed when I opened the chest rewarded by Tempest’s dungeon quest before my expertise was 590. Several of my friends got their rewarded equipments deleted from their accounts and the chest restored after a support ticket.

So we know for sure (we already knew) it is not “technically impossible”. The answers you get from support are not honest and depends too much on the mood of the dude you get on the line.

I was not expecting much from Amazon support team but I’m disappointed anyway.

When I have had issues in other games with inventory items, its always been resolved by putting in a ticket ASAP.

In new world, I just accept that the item is gone. There is no such thing as a GM in this game.
