"Objectives" Empty and opening blurs my screen

  After accepting the quest “Head of the Snake”, my Objectives shows up empty and each time I open my Objectives, it blurs my screen (blurring can easily be fixed by opening my inventory).

  I cannot see what quests I have. Can’t progress.

This is, sadly, a known issue with the “Head of the Snake” quest. You’ll need to complete that quest to fix your journal. More info here:

Here’s what we found. My wife and I went to the pin on the map even though we could not open our journals as per your advice. Head of the Snake Quest is 3 parts: Burn Tents Click the Banner and kill Drusella Grab the letter On PTR we always did this quest as a duo, with no other help. We always got stuck on “Click the Banner” which would not interact with us after our journal bugged out. Ah yeah just found this out too, just finished the quest and its fixed for me too.
