Nothing makes people angrier than being told to relax.
Ask my wife that.
We?
Royal ‘We’
what server you on mate? im sure there are some people who can run you through starstone or depths a couple of times to get you gear.
Yeah you would be getting level appropriate gear as you progress… so you’re doing something wrong
Soon as I read this I realized you don’t know what you are talking about,…
get back to us in a year… if the game is still around then,.
Dooms-dayer. I’ve seen those too.
Thanks for the idea, we on Cleopatra and want to do the questline together with my lvl 32 girlfriend.
I was playing more than her and doing lifeskills whenever i played without her. My storages are almost full and i am stuck with tier 2 tools… it takes ages for gold ore even and cant make any coins.
I rather quit then begging other people for leeching.
But thanks for your solutions, i havent found anything good with right stats on my level.
it’s not begging to ask for a team for a dungeon mate. I am currently setting up a thread to see if we can get a 2x event for crafting xp so people can skill and make their own goods. im not on your server so can’t help but try setting up a group finder lobby and advertise it in recruitment. lots of bored people like myself still run lower level dungeons like starstone since there are craft mods like sliver of consecrated iron that cannot be found at higher levels and are worth a good sum of money. also please if anyone has time leave a comment on my new thread I would greatly appreciate it.
I’ve seen people come into the forums and amuse themselves by claiming to be important, dismissively waving off the concerns of others and belittling them when they see things differently, but that only happens every few minutes or so.
Did you check faction npc? He sells gear too.
lol
Priceless.
For people doing end game content, whether wars or M10s, this is completely impractical. If you haven’t already leveled your crafting skills to very high level, the amount of time needed to do that including farming all required mats is enormous.
I found that if you follow the main story quest and do as many side quests as you can, you get gear appropriate for your level. Rarely if ever BIS, but enough to help you advance. If you try to level up without doing any quests, your gear could be sub standard for your level.
I also did not get active in the trading post until much later in life. I chopped wood for what seemed like ages and sold the charcoal in order to get some coin. Worked until I found a better way to get coin.
Lies. Having every crafting skill over 200 and gathering skill over 200
I can tell you they have made plenty of changes to speed it up for later players.
The issue is that most people have the attention span of a 2 year old, and can’t be bothered to figure out the best farming path for the server they are on…,.
I did all this when farming bots were at their worst and you were damn near having to out run and get ahead of someone at any area… Now with the extra nodes, and the changes to procs on things… it is pretty easy to just blast out a prof in a few days to 200…
Use these. MAKE SURE TO SELECT YOUR SERVER so it calculates correctly the best method on your server.
I said impractical, not impossible. For someone who just wants to run a few mutations and is out of consumables, telling them “oh just spend the next few days leveling your crafts by farming mats” isn’t a good solution. Most will just play another game.
I don’t know why you bothered to tell people to select server in all caps when server information is only useful when buying mats…which isn’t relevant when the trading post is down.
I think people really miss a lot by not doing the content designed for them and then come here complaining there is no content.
I met a guy once a few weeks ago. He was lvl 57 and I was lvl 43. I had double his GS by doing dungeons while he focused on crafting and he was still using lvl 30 gear!!!
You can’t blame the devs for not doing the dungeons for you, seriously now. Unlike legacy, on FSS players are doing low lvl dungeons
