Hi there, I’m Giveen. I use to run one of the most successful trading communities in Fortnite: Save the World (not the be confused with the bastardization that is Battle Royale).
In Fortnite, we had no direct trading post, so it was all done face to face. And boy did we have duping problems.
And you know who the biggest complainers on Fortnite were? The dupers. And you know why they were complaining? Because a lot of them, and a lot of people who werent dupers but traded with them, they were all selling items for $$ IRL.
So relax, I know the game means a lot to people. Heck I just bought the game about a month ago, and have been enjoying it.
Relax, its a game. If its not making you happy, walk a way for a while. Play the rest of the game, not just the market. Yes, I understand that a lot of higher level/endgame content requires certain purchases but you can always go grind for the material yourself?
Dang that really stinks. I would suggest going back to new characters areas and getting some side quests that offer gear. I’ve been currently running side quests that offer gear that is 20 levels below me, so it might work out for you that way. Random mob trash helps a bit at a time.
Or make your own, I’ve done that as well for potions.
I havent spent much time yet, and i will wait a like 1 more day and spend my time looking at other games.
My losses would be low, and since no sign of Devs, nor people having any beliefs in upcoming fixes or punishments it might be the best option to leave entirely
Yeah, sometimes you just have to walk away till issues are resolved. Or go get mats and start grinding out crafting levels and make gear yourself. You’ll get XP that way as well.
I am in no means trying to defend AGS, I never do that but I think it’s your fault, I’m also a new player (1 month and a half) and I did not use the TP until I was level +55
If you are lvl 40 and with lvl 18 gear it means you haven’t done a single expedition, I’m also curious on which quest you’ve been doing because they mostly reward equipment, do you loot crates? These would give me the best gear by far.
The worse part of this issue is the fact that you cannot purchase consumables but in your case your issues can be fixed right away.

I was playing more than her and doing lifeskills whenever i played without her. My storages are almost full and i am stuck with tier 2 tools… it takes ages for gold ore even and cant make any coins.
I rather quit then begging other people for leeching.
But thanks for your solutions, i havent found anything good with right stats on my level.
it’s not begging to ask for a team for a dungeon mate. I am currently setting up a thread to see if we can get a 2x event for crafting xp so people can skill and make their own goods. im not on your server so can’t help but try setting up a group finder lobby and advertise it in recruitment. lots of bored people like myself still run lower level dungeons like starstone since there are craft mods like sliver of consecrated iron that cannot be found at higher levels and are worth a good sum of money. also please if anyone has time leave a comment on my new thread I would greatly appreciate it.
