Odd slowdown when looking up in many places

Otherwise the game runs great all capped out at a locked 60 - 2080 rtx on a Ryzen system with 16gb ram. Very odd because its the opposite of what you would expect.

I have the same bug, seems to happen when looking upwards in a certain direction throughout the entire game.
When turning the terrain details option from “very high” to “high” it seems to lessen the severity of the FPS drop (it is till there tho).

I hope it gets fixed soon.
