Balishan on Orun. Have completed quest, but the quest giver doesn’t appear in front of the chair on the second floor of the inn at Mourningdale. Green completion arrow on map, “ghost” arrow where Pierre is supposed to be standing…but isn’t. Consequently, the quest can’t be completed. Logging out and back in did not solve the issue. Validating game files did not solve the issue.
