There’s that narcissism again.
It may not be useful for you, doesn’t mean it isn’t useful to others.

That’s just dumb.
How about they make their game better so people actually want to get through it. It’s not like Amazon is paying them $40 to play. If most people aren’t getting to 60 it’s not a problem with them, it’s with the game design. If it were fun and engaging leveling wouldn’t be a chore. So, again, that might be pertinent info.
Whose this useful to? If you’re 60, you already been through it so obviously they’re not gonna care. If you’re still playing and you’re low level, then clearly reading this won’t change a thing cause you’re actively experiencing it yourself.
Do you think because a level 48 quit, AGS will stop all their work and focus on adding in a new quest type so Billy the level 48 can hit level 49?
Like I said, not everyone graduates school. Some don’t have the smarts, some don’t have the right situation, there’s all kinda reasons and same thing applies to MMOs.
If you can’t reach end game, it’s on the player. There’s A LOT of people who hit 60 already, their opinions matter far more imo.
Lol you must feel super proud hitting level 60
Can I review the game without being destroyed by the forums?

xD
I mean i’m not proud of it, but it’s not much of an accomplishment either. If you can’t even hit 60 then your opinion is pretty basic and pointless.
I agree with some of the OP points. Yes it’s a grind. But have any of us played an MMO that doesn’t have some element of grinding; Be that mob killing, questing, etc.
I think most MMO games have repetitive mobs as well don’t they? Looking at you WoW, ESO, EVE Online, Fallout 76, BDO. Did I miss any?
Maybe the take away from the feedback is that if you don’t like the typical MMO game genre, then don’t play. There are other game genres out there. The OP tried it, didn’t like it and moved on. It’s not for everyone. No game is. But at least they gave it a go and tried to help us understand why they left.
The OP’s cons are something worth discussing however.
For me, I’ve found the balancing of travel costs and storage to be a part of the game. A puzzle to be overcome, not something gifted to me by the game. I get this level of organisation isn’t for everyone. But it seems to be pretty key. No dragon hoarding in this game.
For me I use my Azoth sparingly and mainly save it for crafting quality items. I set myself a goal early on of purchasing a house in a key location to reduce the burden on Azoth and increase my storage, moving my inn as I moved zones.
I aimed at being efficient when questing by collecting all quests, town boards and faction quests at the same time; Then setting myself a loop out of and back into town. An attempt to make my walks in the scenery as worth while as possible.
I’ve also refined everything I collect to level my crafting and level myself. With the by product of this being stuff to sell and to reduce the weight impact on my precious storage.
Maybe we should share tips on how to overcome the cons that are part of the game so we as a community can keep more people playing.
How is it dumb to think a low level’s opinion doesn’t matter?
Name one AGS employee that’s reading this right now who made it past the first sentence.
If you’re level 60 and wondering where all the players went.
If you are level 30 and getting bored and wondering if it picks up.
If you’re level 48 and wondering if you are the only one who is finding faults.
If you have just bought the game, thinking it may be too grindy for you and whether you should refund before hitting the two hours mark…
…to highlight just a few who may find it useful.
Even if no-one does, pointing out you don’t find it useful adds nothing to the conversation so why bother posting it in the first place, unless you are a troll or you think all forum posts are directed at you specifically.

If you’re level 60 and wondering where the players went and you can’t figure it out from all the dupes and bugs, then this post will 100% not help them.
If you’re level 30 and getting bored and wondering when it picks up, you’ll probably come cry on this forums like this, quit for a day and play again the next day.
And if you’re level 48 and noticing bugs, you’ll do what the level 30 did but probably quit for 2 days just to show that you don’t need NW before coming back to it.
I mean at the end of the day, I just don’t see how a low level quitting and making a post has any value over a level 60 who quits and gives his opinion.
It feels like people just accept feedback without questioning the person giving it, not all feedback is good feedback.
I never finished the Witcher 3 because I think it was boring and they never changed it
Took me 9 years to finish skyrim
About 150h to level to 60 with about 100-150 in all craft except fishing F fishing.
So according to your statement, Amazon is a better dev than Bethesda and Bethesda is better than CD projekt Red
It just doesn’t make sense
His logic implies you see “more” at 200+ hours. It is fouled. You’ve seen all but different models by level 30. The travel system, the tax system, crafting system, farming system, spam system, bot system, all done by 30, so really in 8 hours you can formulate an intelligent opinion…unless your Boosie, the its 250-300 and going
This is a very lukewarm take.
This guy literally hasn’t done any end game content, and you comparing it to generic PvE stuff proves my point further.
if you haven’t experienced all the content, don’t speak on the game.
Name one AG employee that’s reading your statements and not thinking, did this guy even read our code of conduct? Can he even be civil? Does his “you barely played so your thoughts don’t matter” opinion even matter?
Don’t think that you having more game time played than him makes your opinion better. He is highlighting his experience, not commenting on yours.
All feedback is valid, it’s up to the reader to decide whether to take notice or ignore for whatever reason.
If you had just posted to say you disagreed that would have been fine but to tell someone their feedback is irrelevant, is pointless and unhelpful.
Your final sentence reads like you think everyone else on the forum is unable to make up their own minds and needs to be guided by you.

It goes back to my comedy show analogy, if you walk out the show half way then your opinion is trash. Sit through the whole thing like a big boy, and tell us like an adult what your thoughts are.
Nobody cares if you left half way or quit, there’s no participation trophies.
He is sitting here staring at the screen haha
Oh well, someone else feed the desperate one. That yards not mowing it self

I’m just calling it is as it is, I can’t control how others feel.
the people on the server that skipped ahead and gave them the achievement for 720 hours played think your opinion is trash because you haven’t played as long as them.
