The old crafting quests that give resources used to upgrade the armour piece are stuck in my “resources” category in my inventory and won’t transfer to storage or allow me to drop them.
They’re taking 3.6 weight which isn’t a big issue but is still annoying to have them there
Anyway to remove these at all?

I am sorry to hear you are annoyed by these old quest items that cannot be removed. A patch was added recently so that quest items could not be deleted and that is the reason these are currently stuck in the position you mention.
With that in mind. I have reviewed all the data you have provided and thank you for the information. Due to the type of issue you mention and how it does not match the expected behavior, this thread would be better addressed in the Bug Reports section

I accidentally salvaged the armour pieces that require the resources but do not really care if they’re restored at my 1.6k hours played - if the resources could just be yeeted into the void that’ll be brilliant!
