i think he said we would get quests that are more dynamic, as opposed to the ones we have now, so they will be more varied and fun to do.
not actual dynamic recurrent map events.
I think OP might be talking about the part where Baggins says there will be quests that have open world NPCs that you follow or follow you, possibly escort quests?
Sounds dynamic but I guess we will see as we get more info.
I think it would be sweet to have cart escorts for pvp where a wagon of sorts has to be transported from Windsward to another town or something and players gotta defend it. Stuff like this makes open world pvp awesome.
