Describe the issue you are experiencing: Just south of the Achernar gate there’s a spot that’s mountainous and far away from water, yet when you stand on that spot you’ll drown as if submerged in water.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I did my best to capture my characters location so that you may test it out yourselves. If i walk of the spot it stops and when i walk back on the spot it starts drowning me again.
