i mean in my faction we have 10-30 people ( on server 100-200 all together) , if i cant speak with other people , it would feel super empty
You just need to be strong and decide to mute people - or just let the drama be around you

No need to be an ass and thank you for proving how toxic this player base can be. You simply could have left it at take off faction chat(although my post was about general chat. Clearly you must have misread what I typed.)
Then turn your chat off. I would be miserable if I was limited to only talking to my own faction.

Tbh, we had just as much, if not more, fighting and arguing in our faction chat than we did in global. Why? Taxes and companies abusing the tax system, which is why we need the ability to revolt. Cross faction chat was mostly fun smack talk, with the occasional argument that involved one faction accusing the other of using exploits in wars. At the beginning, I’d defend my own faction from the accusations. But, eventually I realized they probably were using exploits since they ended up being the same companies abusing the tax system. So, in reality, game mechanics put in by AGS were the causes of the toxicity way more than cross faction chat was - ironically probably the same reason for most of the toxicity on the forums.
Havent noticed it on my server. Cross chat also helps with trading, grouping for CT’s etc.
I mean you’re making a useless forum post when you couldve just muted the cross faction chat? Like none of us care that you think its toxic.
Perhaps I was not very clear in what I was trying to convey. I was referring to general chat, not faction chat. Hence the mention of cross faction in my OP
Yes we know what you are saying and Global chat is fine especially for other things such as selling,trading etc. just turn your chat off if you are so sensitive.
Or how about people just stop being poor winners or poor losers and leave it be and move on with their day after winning or losing a fight? Why shit post in either case? It makes the person doing look like they do not know how to handle victory or defeat. Just my two cents worth.

It shows you are a snowflake tbh. I grew up on very toxic games such as COD and when I tell you losing or winning everyone would still talk so much shit and tbh it actually makes the game more fun IMO

I agree 100% it is humans but we know most of these people will not change so why not implement a way to prevent the toxicity in the game with a few lines of code? In a perfect world it wouldn’t be needed but as well know we do not live in a perfect world.
The simple truth is, this is a problem between you and someone else. This has nothing to do with the game. It’s just two or more people bickering amongst each other. You do have options ingame to do things against such behaviour.
You’re also free to complain about it in a forum post as you did - but the fact remains that this is a you problem, so don’t be surprised if people tell you to handle it yourself. It’s equally as personal as if you get in a fight with your parents and then come on here and tell us about it.
I am sure Ive been around games since before you were even considered by your parents (Meridian 59). I am the furthest from a snowflake. I just see the level of toxicity so high now a days it is ridiculous and I agree with you on one point. It is a poor generation we are living in because of that

Im 52 and I it is not a me problem. I havent been directly involved in any of this, but it effects the server as a whole. Not everyone wishes to see this type of poor behavior from people even in a game.
I can tell most of the playerbase never spent anytime in the old COD lobbies.

I mostly use only the group chat, 99% of the other chat is just irrelevant to me and reading it wastes my time.
Global chat has been the most degenerate, toxic, amusing and downright hilarious thing to exist in the longest time.
How do you block two people from talking, but let them queue up for Expeditions together? Factions are just, at it’s core, a broken system
