One-time faction reset

Hey,
If I understood this correct:
In the meantime, to help alleviate some of the faction imbalance as well as address players who continue to be in a bad state with their faction reset timer, we intend to do a one-time reset of the faction change cooldown for everyone.

Lots of ppl from my guild still have got cooldown on faction change.
My server was merged to Bran (I was on Zanara)

When faction change will be available?

I was wondering the same thing, Mine still says 52 days. I didnt even get the change down to 60 days from 120.
