I play on Silha (sindicate) and for the past few months we have been dominating the server at a point that the other two factions don’t want to fight / attack our cities. This have cause a very boring game experience for me and my company. I believe if you implemented a weekly fatigued on wars for each week you hold a city you motivate other factions to keep trying. For example:
Week 1 of holding a city - nothing happens
Week 2 of holding a city - -5% hp -5% damage
Week 3 of holding a city - -10% hp -10% damage
Week 4 of holding a city - -15% hp -15% damage
I believe that this type of fatigue will keep the game interesting for everyone and the maps balanced because even if a faction is slightly stronger the fatigue system will motivate the other factions to keep attacking/playing the game.
