Here we are trying to move around worlds to balance things out and to play with our friends (an Adult here with over 40 years of gaming). Yet I can’t because They are on another world within the same world set. This is becoming BS.
I am tired of queuing for hours and hours.
I am tired of not gaming with friends.
I am tired of your excuses.
Don’t get me wrong. I love the game. It looks great, play is smooth.
Its your damn servers and server “balancing” rules, that I am tired of!

Wait I only have 1 character now. 1 have another slot available. This has nothing to do with more slots. This has to do with them NOT CARING YOU CAN’T PLAY WITH FRIENDS BECAUSE OF THEIR ASININE RULES. They are telling me to hell with me and my friends.

There are more servers now with no queue, free transfers are coming, they are working the problem. It is wise to keep the servers at a max 2k, so at some point people are going to have to transfer or deal with a queue, and it will be your choice and your fault.

I did read your posts. Now I thought you can only make one character per server group/cluster, not per region. your posts read a bit confusing so what is it? 1 per server group or region?
Regardless once you can transfer your problem will be solved.

You shouldn’t have to change Regions. There are 23 world sets and from what it looks likes there are between 3-7 worlds in each world set.
So looking at your image you are on Arkadia Kappa. So there are 22 other world sets you can pick:

I warned people about this in beta, but nobody cared, everyone I talked to basically said “I’m just following streamer X, I don’t care about other servers.” Alas.

Aye, I was well aware of what the limits were then and I don’t think anybody saw 4-8 queue times.
I am never changing servers because my guild of 70+ players are all on one server. I was one of the first people there.
If you want people like me to move servers then you are going to need to move me and everyone in the guild and compensate us for lost territory because thats just not going to happen.
He’s not talking about moving server, he’s talking about being able to play with people on other servers. Right now you can’t even make a character or log into another server in the same world set, so there are people you effectively can’t play with.
from memory the reason you can’t do multiple in one world set, is they have plans for merging the world sets in the future. as such which of your 2 characters would take priority when that happens?
They could have made characters portable between worlds in the set, but they didn’t do that either. Obviously there would be some issues about factions and companies, but that’s a game design issue.

Yes, that stubborn sense of entitlement can enjoy the long queues. Once they start kicking and or banning afk macros you and your 70+ company that " got there first " can enjoy trying to defend those territories with less people.
Our company doesn’t support our members doing that. Furthermore, we don’t want them to get banned for that very reason. Thats why we are so annoyed with the que times in the first place, because we arent AFK macroing, we are going through the que like everyone else.
Furthermore, we own a few territories now. Not just one. Do you really expect us to give up that just to move to another server? Get real.
Well I guess best case scenario for you and your fellow members is either a good bit will transfer off when they become available, or over time the short timers will quit playing and the queues will get lower or be gone. Not sure what else can be done, because adding more to the server cap should never happen. At least not till a couple expansions have gone by.
