Describe the issue you are experiencing:
You have to hunt 4 Elks for the Disrupt PVP Mission as Syndicate in Mourningdale in Lower Hibbots. However, only two of the Elks there are flagged for contributing to this Mission.
This makes it very tidious to kill 4 of them.
The red circle on the map is where the Ramshead Elks/ Ramshead Does spawn. Yellow circle is where the 2 spawns that acutally contribute to the mission.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Take the Disrupt PvP Mission in Mourningdale for Syndicate, walk (the very long) way up north and you will find that most of the mobs dont have an blue quest marker above there heads, only the two that spawn east.
