Ok, so I was looking for “Friends in Fashion” quest in Monarch but it wasn’t there. However, “Animal Instincts” for tier 3 was available. So I thought that with the new quest progression that we didn’t have to do the tier 2 upgrade if we qualify for tier 3.
So I did the tier 3 quest “Animal Instincts” but no, it ONLY upgraded me to tier 2.
I’m our group cook so I NEED my camp upgrades. I’ve verified my files and all good. Please help!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your camp levels. Our dev team is aware of this ongoing issue and is currently working on a fix.
I have reviewed all the data you have provided and thank you for the information. Due to the type of issue you mention and how it does not match the expected behavior, this thread would be better addressed in the Bug Reports section
