I have reported many bugs/dupes/exploits recently, took the time and invested effort
To record the steps how to reproduce all of these issues.
Send them through live chat instead of public forums
Where your own tech-support employees & developers
saw how game-breaking they were, and thanked me for not making them public.
and ALSO agreed how stupid this entire section of the forums is.
If it wasn’t for this section, over 50% of the exploits and dupes wouldn’t happen
You could’ve maintained a way bigger amount of your decreasing population.
People get discouraged by others ruining it through these methods
And after they lose general interest, they will start looking for these methods
This has been known in the MMO-genre for years.

- Teleportation Bugs (still live)
- Exploits (still live)
- Duping Bugs (still live)
- Damage bugs (still live)
- Dungeon Entry bugs (still live)
- Crazy loot bugs (still live)
I uploaded these as private videos and shared the links with your employees.
To hopefully get these fixed before the masses find out and the game worsens
This includes how to travel without azoth, how to break the trademarket,
How to dupe each and every item without lag, etc etc etc.
Just to be hit with the banhammer myself.
Hint: When somebody uploads footage and you see a cheat in that said footage
and you see a character name in that said footage. Don’t ban that character
Without actually looking at the context. You guys are hilarious.
Now you could say this might’ve happened by accident and since
Customer support / tech support have no actual connection or permission
to escalate tickets to the corresponding department, that things might’ve crossed
each other and it sadly went wrong. But, that would no longer suffice as a valid
excuse. I appealed, explained the situation, got a very generic response
“We reviewed the information you provided on appeal and have confirmed that the original disciplinary action was merited in your case based on evidence provided”
Also - I was told not to appeal again.
Now I contacted your support again, it was looked into and I was asked
to appeal once more because it must have been a mistake.
Guess what? Same response.
Who do you think provided you with that evidence?
It clearly shows my character name in these videos, from my own perspective.
Cheating is stupid I agree, but not as stupid to think that people would report themself.
Reason I post it here
- People are being told to report bugs and game breaking methods
- People are being told to appeal of punished wrongly
Yet none of these are actually thoroughly reviewed.
Mostly answered with automated messages and whenever
They are read, they are read with 1 closed and 1 blind eye.
I am fed up with this structure, and this resulting in my own ban is just a joke.
