Why you tryin’ to kill legacy servers? Some fresh servers with 2k + at peak have char creation available but Barri with 1900 online at peaks is locked completely (transfers and character creation)
It’s just a guess, but i’m assuming that when the FSS paint wears off they are expecting many to return to legacy. After the streamers quit and all of that.
