Open menus keep closing after a few clicks

  • What is your character name in New World: Chefdeath
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: YGGDRASIL
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Whenever I am in a settlement, and open either a craft menu, or the trading post menu. After a few seconds, the menu will close out completely. I have to go back into the menu to try and complete the action several times. Nothing so far has seemed to make it any better.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It made it difficult to try and get any crafting or trading done. When the menu keeps closing, it is time consuming to go back and forth with the menus.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, but after several attempts.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Go into any settlement, open any menu, mainly crafting stations as well as trading post.

I have the very same issue since patch 1.0.5 and it is very annoying. Never had that issue before.

Same issue here.

Fornix Amygdala, Pointland.

Same issue here. Particularly with the quest interaction menu. It would close if I don’t interact quickly enough, so I just have to mash “E” as fast as I can.

Same issue here as well. It is maddening. There are multiple people in my company that have complained of the same experience.
