AGS, you should increase overall drop rates of named items which are not farmable (drop from specific bosses etc.) OR make these items BoE instead of BoP so you can actually buy them on trading post.
Over the past few days I´ve opened more than 1000 grave offerings and elite chests in Brimstone and I haven´t got a single named item. Tried it both with and without luck gear.
You moved these named items from various elite mobs across Brimstone into these chests/offerings, the result is 1) you can´t farm for specific item anymore, 2) abysmal drop rates together with too large drop pool.
Items should be rare but you need to find balance. Right now the drops are so low its demoralising.
