Open world PvP respawning behind us?

I want to suggest a change to where or how you can respawn while flagged in the open world. It makes no sense you can instantly respawn at a tent after dying. We have had multipule 30v30 fights outside of mines and myrk and its the best part of the game but what ruins it is the enemies you kill can respawn instantly behind you with no penalty. I suggest two different options. Make it so you have to respawn at a town after dying while flagged or make it so tents are faction specific and can be destroyed by the other faction. This would prevent the zerg you just wiped from respawning instantly and not getting punished for dying while flagged.


i think destroying camps would be good.
