OPR - can not respawn from death and get timeout

  •     Issue that occurred: bug (that's been known and reported for months!)

  •     Time and Date: 8/5/2022 5:15pm CST

  •     World/Server: Castle of Steel

  •     Location where issue occurred: OPR

  •     Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue: Was sending an ingame report when died. Closed report without sending. No option to respawn shown. Just laying there dead until I got timed out....and then no chance for another OPR because of lock out. How hard is it to have a respawn key bind in OPR "just in case"?!?!?!
