An almost identical topic was discussed and flogged to death last week.
Didn’t see it have the link maybe? Or taken down?
Devs know about this. It has been the case for several months.
I don’t think there has been any official comment on the matter.
If trajectory of a projectile and map design allows it then I don’t see how can it be considered an exploit.
Destroying spawn from outside takes roughly the same amount of time it took to get those resources and place it. It’s sound.
They are increasing thrust resistance of those buildables, so… Maybe the jury is still undecided if it’s intended:)
Perhaps, but if you ask me I’d say it makes sense.
As a side note I think that slash and strike damage on OPR buildables could use a bump.
Yes this
No one wants to run “siege damage perk” on there weapons.
Make strike attacks do bonus damage or give me a sledge hammer
Would be nice to add a battering ram as well that you can purchase for resources. It could make backcapping much more engaging.
*That’s a brute
Maybe we can get more gameplay with the brute. Summon him and he pushes with the team from sun to star or Luna.
Just thinking the current azoth system feels weird and doesn’t promote the PvP part of OPR
Kinda, but building t3 doors takes a lot less time than getting azoth for brute does. Also worth mentioning that once you build t3 you can keep rebuilding it as t3. Brute doesn’t work that way and thrust damage can fk him up quite fast.
Yup. Bear is also kinda useless. I think it should cost more azoth and get a buff to become actual middle child between Wraith and Brute.
I go back and and throw hatchets at tents pretty.much every opr. The spawn takes a lot longer and maybe not worth the time, but the tent gives way too much of a buff IMO. It’s a strategy I wish wasn’t necessary, but more matches are decided by pve than people realize
Especially if one team does PvE and back cap, and the other does not.
The games were both teams do are actually the most enjoyable, at least for me. Those games are more complex, require more rotations and overall awareness than the games where people just autopilot rush Sol and brawl there until 1k and go baron twice in between.
I don’t disagree those are fun ones. They often end with a baron lock. It’s rare on our server lately.
On a different note kudos to you for toning it down lately. Good to see you experiment with new weapons also. Dare I say I may stop chasing you
I am not sure if we’ve met before. Are you on Abaton?
Ah my mistake. Someone else has a similar name to you on here. My bad
Given that the devs have made changes to prevent this, it definitely is an exploit and bypassing what is intended. Hardly think that is actionable unfortunately.
Exploits are a pretty broad topic and I’m sure people will fight to the death over whether or not this is an exploit or not. It is, but that really doesn’t matter anyways because I don’t think it’s particularly actionable. Would be highly surprised if people get banned over this because it’s not very immediately obvious that it isn’t intended.
Oh no! BOWPR and soon to be FIRESTAFFPR/BOWPR problems. Such interesting.

I don’t know that it gives me, the player, in any way an unfair advantage. The team however does benefit unfairly.
I actually lose.more points and often don’t hit 3k for doing it.
What I’m hearing is that throwing hatchets at it is ok ![]()
You can interpret the changes that they made to the respawn point differently though. Imo, all they did was make it so you cant hit it from actually across the map. If they didn’t want it to be possible to hit it from outside of the outpost at all, then they have many options, which they haven’t taken ![]()
