OPR map rework and reward system

So I’m the road map there is no PvP combat ahead. It’s also safe to say the devs themselves have giving up on new world. I feel outside of some weapon nerfs, leaderboards, and reward systems, we don’t ask much for PvP content. There isn’t much pvp content besides opr with trash rewards and you can pretty much easily craft bis gear. Why can’t we have a reward system to where we can roll specific weapon or armor perks and make grinding opr rewarding. At this point people do it cause it’s the only PvP thing to do. Opr in itself is stale now with no new maps. You have a lot of people been complaining about range. If you are not going to add reward system , leaderboards, solid weapon balancing any time soon can we atleast get a opr map rework? It’s really that simple…

  1. Add a bunch of trees or rocks really anything to block los for range players. Make it so you can’t climb to the top of things and just shoot at players all game. Like is it so hard to just add a bunch of cover so we can stop having to complain about range weapons.

  2. I’m so sick of being staggered in this game. I thing better than be shot by a musket or hit by greatswords then I have a wolf fly out of nowhere to stagger me. All monsters and resources should be moved to a giant area behind baron to make it harder to gather up resources and make Fortnite warriors work for their resources if they want to PVE and make a reason for people to go hunt them or fight over resources. Also would be great cause I don’t have to worry about dumb adds blocking hits or helping chain stagger you…

I feel like those things would overall make OPR a better experience and be more fresh. Can we get some PVP changes. Is an OPR rework too much to ask for? Seems to be.

Good ideas. I like the idea of more localised resources, I used to love it when the brute portal was shared by both teams and you could fight for one there when it was 500 azoth and the portal didn’t distinguish between teams.

However I don’t think AG’s likes this.

The cover thing is a no brainer, I think everyone understands this and haven’t seen any arguments against.

For me the 2 most important things are solid cover (not foliage) and a scoring revamp (dmg is rated way too high and point capture way too low).
