Pretty straight forward but I think the OPR rewards need to be consistent level based on your own and they need to be PvP-focused items (I know PvE is a thing but its not a focus) and the PvP xp and salt gains need to be tripled. An arena take 5 minutes roughly and you get the same amount if you win.
