Just put in a Solo/Duo queue only.
The fact that pre-made 5 stacks get lumped on the same team vs the solo’s is ridiculous.

This is the easiest and best solution.

or we can just add a limit to each class. That would be better don’t you think?
I mean usually the team with more healers wins, and the team with more ranged players lose.
Put in groupfinder 
then we will able to start with 4 full groups
Also you should be able to chose your class… (Tank/DD/Heal) ? Maybe also Range or Mage.
