Invalid transaction on picking items, clearly you guys have no idea what you’re doing. If you want to make more money, optimize your game. Most people left because of purely optimization, and never look back. Get your highschoolers & get to work already.
I’ll get some 53 year old dad telling me otherwise, but no this is unacceptable for any game.
Or just shut it down… It’s a failed project.
As a side note, I bought this Pc specifically from Amazon, it should not be terribly optimized, but maybe it is.

Stop dishing out trash, no one likes it. I had to cancel my amazon prime due to the 2-day delivery I used for 15 years, but it randomly stopped 2 years ago. Off-On non consistent. It’s annoying. Everything this company does in every department is poor. We must strike the source.

Yeah, Like I said. I went through all that already. I said it in brief though. “Diagnostic” there’s nothing I can do to help me play the game. It’s something on your end, so please check your engine/servers… I’m tired of this being the ONLY game with issues.
I haven’t been able to play except doing basic crafting since the December 2022 patch. Something is definitely broken game engine wise for some of us with RTX 3000 series cards.
I agree with original poster, with the amount of money Amazon has its time to hire the professionals and get this engine optimized better. The existing staff clearly does not have the time or experience with this product.
The game engine is very limited and old, that’s why we see different exploits/dupes every month. Probably the best solution would be a new engine, than try to optimize a broken one since the beginning. We have some very successful examples of that, from other games, from smaller game companies/dev teams, like: Rust, DayZ Standalone.
There have been multiple threads about it, I seriously wish at least a dev responded that they are aware of this, but it makes it sound so scary when they show up with basic diagnotic recommendations. I am worried that they think the optimization is fine and will not work on it / invest in it.
@distantefix is it possible to get a feedback from devs to see what they think about the optimization of the game? Is the poor game optimization something they are aware of?
Since December 2022 I have had multiple pausing/freezes, lag, and crashes.
As soon as anything ‘interesting’ occurs >>> light effects, epic expedition moments, and sometimes even standing at the storage shed if a person nearby decides to blow all their cooldowns at once while I open my inventory.
I’m wary and fear going into expeditions as a healer as I can easily fail the group at key moments. “Sorry guys, my PC froze.”…

The software/drivers are up to date.
My suspicion is that the game data simply cannot be sent to my system as fast as it should due to an engine or network bottleneck.
Easily the worst optimized game, no wonder people are pissed off.
Defending their optimization is just elitist, and moronic. It’s just absolutely terrible. Quit blaming people and their “setup” Such airheads…

Wonder why I’m pissed. Like perhaps stated above, but I had better success on dial up back in the day when cable internet was a thing. This game is a disaster, and they only do what the upper above tell them to do. There’s too much inexperienced individuals within the company to help optmize the engine. Period. Just a bunch of higschoolers working on a project, not their fault though.
I’ve worked for Amazon in the past, Warehouse, & now the airport. I can no less then bottom shelf quality.
I could continue with well written paragraphs, highlights, and much more, but why? It’s only the definition of the efforts of this company puts in.
