Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue:
Heal yourself with Orb of Protection, or heal an ally with Orb of Protection to get the heal over time effect on yourself if you have shared protection.
The heal over time effect with Orb of Protection works on allies but the heal over time effect the caster receives does not seem to scale with their focus as the amount is always lower than intended.
