Hey there, my friends and I have been unable to play for days now due to a bug. Other people with this same bug on other servers have been able to move after a server restart.
I understand you are probably very swamped with similar requests, but
could you please restart the Amano Iwato server?
Or ideally all servers so other people with this same bug can play.
Check here to see if yours has already been requeted.
My server is not on the list, and he has stated he is not adding any further requests for servers to be restarted.
I also replied to that thread. I just want to play the game man.
There is incoming downtime in about 8 hours - all servers will be restarted as part of that downtime.
Kay, I apologize but a few notes:
- Could have been planned further in advance.
- Also some announcement on social media and a DEV post here on the forums would go a long way to keep the communication going.
- Doesn’t answer why there are major outages across US East, not lining up with server status page.
- Nor does this announcement give us anything to go on for how long the maintenance window may last.

Yall do realize your tagging a mod, who just came here to do kinda a “Hey cool, you’re streaming!” post right… This wasn’t some official release from a mod or dev. This was a streamer advertising giveaways.
Someone from Community should be posting shortly about the US East servers. I hear you on the posts, and we are working to get notifications out sooner in the future - in the meantime, I ask for some forgiveness in these first few weeks as we scale up and work on getting fixes out ASAP.

If I wasn’t at work I totally would! I’m no where near a big streamer (only at 1k) but this is the kinda stuff I’d like to do. Giveaways are always fun.

@Kay I’m really happy you all enjoyed that stream! Please let that dev know, they’re definitely NOT the only one! Also, they can probably rest easier now that at least one person figured out how rare material finding and crafting works!
