Ormr's Spear missing despite being in gear set

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I was swapping a new weapon into my 2nd gear slot. I changed from the Ormr’s Spear to my rapier. The Spear has disappeared from my inventory. I am still in the same area, looking in case I dropped it (I didn’t), and it’s still available in my Gear Sets, but I cannot access the weapon itself in my inventory. The only way I can keep it is by having it in my Gear Set.
• Is this a bug? Yes
• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: took one of my main weapons away, does not allow me to use it except when i equip via gear set
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: kind of, but not a permanent solution
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I’m assuming it’s because I immediately jumped into combat after swapping weapons. I was just outside the Emperyean Forge

Looking at the pictures, it is currently in both gear sets. If you want to move it to your inventory, you’ll need to remove it from both gear sets and unequip it. Let me know if that works?

No no no, I remove it from my gear sets, it will be gone forever unless fixed. I am not losing my only chance to actually keep the thing in the event it can’t be given back.

I do not want to lose my spear. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s the best one I have.

Sorry, I’m not sure I understand what you mean. I see the spear equipped in two gear sets. To unequip it, you have to drag it out of all gear sets, then unequip it. Here’s a video.

The problem with that is I’m scared it will disappear entirely if I try it. As in, never return to inventory, ever. If it’s not in a gear set, it’s gone.

I mean, I’m not really sure what else to say other than it can’t just disappear. It’s locked, so you aren’t able to drop it. Feel free to try it with another weapon if you want to be sure.
