Yup same on CoS. Stuck at T2 since friday. Confirmed with 4 company that they are not holding back

Valhalla has 1 town, RS, with opulent but yea cant up all the others
On Abaton only Restless Shore has ‘opulent’ event stand. All other cities are on ‘grand’ and can’t upgrade. Entire servers are bugged from what I read in this post. We lost already couple of days where we would be eligable for 10 additional premium tokens (!) that is a lot of grind if we want to get those tokens (fishing vs just collecting from event stand). Is this bug or is this intentional by you to hold players back and artificialy prolong grind like you did in the past?
The baskets frrom opulent and grand seem to be giving the same rewards, on average about 1 out of 9 gives a premium token now. This issue doesn’t seem to be high on the devs “give a darn” list even though it’s distressing that such a simple problem continues to go unresolved even with the full attention of @Aenwyn.
At this point it’s more of a cosmetic issue considering the baskets seem to all give the same rewards. The B&B fiasco is probably consuming the majority of AGS attention right now.
The baskets do NOT give the same rewards. On average it’s less gold and tokens. The Beautiful baskets give out 3 regular tokens, when the exquisite ones give 5 each. So every day the other servers are getting 20 extra regular tokens a day more than the servers that are stuck on t2.
After 10 days they’ve essentially gotten 8 of the premium tokens for free more than those of us stuck at t2.
I have not seen a difference in premium tokens from T2 and T3 personally. The last three days I have received 1 premium token and that was from a T2 basket. I get nine T3 and two T2 baskets each day.
However, you are correct about the regular tokens and gold and I thank you for correcting me. I really don’t pay attention to them.
On a side note: My brother also plays and has done every town every day of the event. He has a total of seven Premium tokens now.
I’m just saying the total of regular tokens if exchanged for premium tokens would equal 8 premium tokens or 200 regular tokens difference over 10 days. Not to mention the difference in gold reward is larger in the t3 baskets.
This issue has obviously been tossed into the “don’t give a crap” bin by the devs. It would be so easy for someone to log in for 5 minutes and raise every town to opulent in fact im betting it could be done in a single line of code.
@Aenwyn thank you for your efforts as I am sure this is beyond your level of control. I can’t imagine how frustrating your job must be.
This has been a tricky one to solve - if the oddness of certain settlements not having this issue didn’t indicate - but I promise we’re actively working on testing solutions as fast as possible!

Thank you for the effort here. I assume there’s no estimate here? It’s really hurting the progression of the event for everyone 
Could they be manually upgraded by the GMs or something?

Will this be fixed BEFORE event runs out or will this be one of those ‘it will fix itself with the end of event’ deal?
i’m sad this is making us miss a bunch of tokens on my server. will the event be extended any due to this and the azoth problem not letting us convert premium tokens?
Are there any thoughts to extending the festival because of this? Or maybe giving a cache of tokens equal to what would have been given? I think either solution would be fine.

Please submit in-game feedback so the issue is prioritized and appropriate compensation is provided.
Why is this issue not on the known issues list?
Give them a little space, I have a feeling that the dev team consists of a very few who are currently working on the new B%B expedition fiasco. Encouraging the resources we have will pay off better than belittling the lack of said.
As long as at some point, they give us what we should have been gathering all these days and keep the even shop until then.
Valhalla started upgrading yesterday, CoS is still stuck on T2. That’s a lot of tokkens and money that other people got and not us.
