Ouroboros Crest unavailable

I watched and claimed the crest for my account and twitch and amazon accounts are linked but the ouroboros crest is not showing up as a usable crest.

Usually the Twitch drops can take up to 48 hours to be reflected at your game, in case the 48 hours have passed already I can recommend you to reach us via chat using the following link: Contact Us | Amazon Games

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

I have the same issue. It was earned 6 months ago but does not show as an option to use for Company Crests. I haven’t seen this mentioned as a known issue. Can this be restored please?
