Out of your last 10 OPR games

As a mage… none of them.

I’ve enjoyed the majority.

Haven’t done any since starting a fresh start account about a week ago, been too focused on gearing for wars…on fresh start.

I’m a musket main btw

I’ve enjoyed all but one on the fresh start servers. We will see how they feel when the gear gap starts to really grow

I can’t remember my last 10 but I know my last 4 were complete blowouts.

  1. Zero. None.

Maybe two. Only reason I play is to get gypsum and expertise bumps.

Booooooo

they must know they need a new pvp mode by now or this game is dead again like a zombie it returns with patches because people have high hopes

just did 2 after brimestone, wont step in again

Out of 10

Maybe 3ish were to the neck close. It was a thrill on point, everybody trying to win not glorify their KDA / Score. Fun

Rest: Well… were either enemy has majority range, limited melee, got rammed through while the majority of their team was just range leading to a vastly brutal easy game. Or it was all the damn range on the ally team, nobody wants to get on point, everyone talking shit in army chat, and it’s a brutal painful beating. Boring

It is what it is as I log in n do it again.

The FFS ones have all been fun. Legacy however, all one sided which is boring be it winning or losing.

I find it fun regardless of the outcome. Team getting stomped? I go into rat mode and harass the back cap nonstop. Try to snipe baron. Team stomping? Kill sound good, me like big damage number, unga boonga. Close game? Edge of my seat. Suspense. Thrill.

The thing that makes it not fun is the community and loser mindsets. Lose the first fight at mid then bitch and go afk. Maybe time to put the game down and touch grass if you’re not having fun instead of ruining the experience for everyone else.

Probably 3/10 with varying degrees of fun.

I don’t even remember my last 10 opr games lol. Since I moved to new server I was not touching opr at all, unplayable. Much prefer 3v3, you don’t get so pissed

0 …am very relieved I can PVE to get 500 points
for some reason my fps halves in OPR, you’d think it would improve considering its an instanced location. But it has always struggled with 30+ in a relatively small area. Wars are worse.

Zero, I don’t think any legitimate players would play OPR if it didn’t drop BiS constantly. Musket 5 stacks absolutely suck the fun out of OPR for both sides.

We triple cap and win in under ten minutes, with no engaging fights because the enemy team has a bunch of musket trolls rock climbing around their spawn taking potshots and trying to save kd.

Legit enemy players quickly give up and afk in spawn because they’re down a quarter of their team in every point fight.

Very boring, and not fun for anyone, except the musket stacks who apparently think trolling opr all day is worth losing over and over.

At least it’s easy caches.

All of them, because I simply played musket and now I am the one giving all the legolases a hard time.

On 10? 6/10 OPRs are good 4/10 are one sided win/lose it does not matter if there are premades or no, the main reason for lose is too many ranges and no possible to push enemy, while they have 6-7 melees who constantly pushing forward forcing your team to move back. In the end they are closed in respawn base. Too many solo players play bow/muskets in glass cannon loadout.

2-3 out of 10 are fun.

I play a mage, so there is that.

The balance is horrible. In nearly half the games you are either getting farmed outside your spawn point or farming people outside their spawn point. I have had matches where one team got 20 kills, the other got 150. Not good.

The matchmaking is horrible. As there is no matchmaking, it just throws everyone together regardless of skill or gear. So some matches are fun when you face people at a similar level, but others suck when you face unstoppable killing machines. People fighting their very first OPR match in questing gear will get curb stomped by 625 weapons wrapped in resilience gear.

Healing can be ridiculous. With enough healers people become immortal which makes the match boring as you are just pounding away on each other with no effect.

Mostly it is an exercise in frustration, not fun.

Had a fun one yesterday, was fairly competitive score wise. I got to just sit in the door at mid and block half their team from entering as a 300 con tank
