Nah not really, with all the exploits and ppl who jumped over the border. But it could be really fun without that.
We tried something - can you see if you can join Outpost Rush or an Expedition now?

Outpost work well on Annwyn, but my uncancelable sale order still blocking me about transfer since October 21th, if you can manualy transfert me to Hellheim its can be awesome Sir Kay.

No you shouldn’t need to do anything. We are going to restart the world. It will be a super short maintenance.
