Over 2 months "looking into it" and this is why we cant trust Ags or the Community Manager here

just as an example.
i reported this and many other things, over a few months / some even half a year ago.

still nothing is fixxed.

sure there are more important things and there is a ton of reports…

but this makes the community mad

the costumer service is horrible.
on every level…
chat support wont / cant answer if u get banned, they dont care.

bot reports take ages aswell…

it is just sad

There is a plethora of known issues with New World and whilst AGS has made ongoing “Bugs, Bots and Balance” changes, it will continue for many months and years to come.

No game is perfect and new games will require more attention than older ones.

With over 150 new tweaks to perks, I can foresee so many new “features” will arise as a result, with many perks becoming the new flavour of the month, causing more crying and feedback as a result.

All we can do is have a little patience. You’re not going to get a quick fix on anything, especially when some issues are still requiring work that were reported in pre-release stages.

Sadly, “They’ll look into it” / “We’ll pass it along” are standard messages and all we can do is wait.
