• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I can’t see my furnitures and use my own house because it always says that i need to pay for overdue tax. Everytime i try to pay it, it stays in the same condition and wants me to pay it again.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug after rollback

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: My storage is overweighted and cant put my items in it and my furnitures are also gone.

sorry for not putting more clear screenshot, have no idea if its possible to share video records in here but will try that. the main issue is that it says i sucessfully paid the tax but my money does not decrease and it still says i need to pay for it.

Interesting find? Dozens of us have been reporting this issue to AGS for almost a week now. I am happy you are responding. Thank you for doing so. But to suggest this is a “finding” is concerning.

If it helps with your solution, the issue appears isolated to those who purchased a home or transferred to a server shortly before the rollback.

We suspect you rolled back taxes on homes too (by hours or even a whole day). But for those homes that did not exist before the rolled back time, the timer becomes negative and bugs out at zero.

We need you, AGS, to reset the timers with a non negative (or zero) duration.

@rayman i cannot use two of my houses.

House items Gone and Cannot pay tax ***HELP***

I abandoned two houses before the roll back and upgraded to T4 houses, one in cutlass and one in everfall. (Both were T1/T2 previously) Now the roll back has happened which is fine but i have lost all my trophies, storage chests and now asking to pay tax which i cannot do because it bugs out when you click it. I still cannot use my house. Are you guys planning to fix this or should i spam on live support? I’ve tried to ask this issue on live support and all i’ve got as an answer is “Restart your PC and modem, reinstall your game, check your files.” really?
