I paid 1k gold for the Fireplace Books schematic, after spending a loooong time comparing the list of furnishing plans I knew in the workshop with the complete list of schematics in the trader. The workshop showed I knew the Fireplace Accessories and Fireplace Poker Set furnishings, so I understandably believed i was missing the Fireplace Books schematic.
I kept checking the the traders day after day, not seeing any listed, until FINALLY early this morning I saw one for 1k gold and snapped it and learned it, only to see no message about a new recipe unlocking. THEN I see on the forums that the Fireplace Pokers and Fireplace Books schematics are mixed up and give each other’s plans!
As someone who’s been playing this game legitimately, AND also as someone who finds it incredibly hard to make gold when I have to compete with gold and item dupers, it’s not great to learn that I just lost 1000 gold because of a coding mistake.
