All the following steps are being followed in order to transfer with-in my region, still can not use paid transfer and is not popping up when clicking on “Purchase Transfer” just sits there with a thumb up its @ss, nothing is happening…
I seem to have transfer tokens missing too… But I’m willing to ignore this as AGS cant get anything right, and has not since launch…

US East (Castle of Steel) to US East (Frislandia)
Game was reinstalled on backup pc still doesn’t work…
Game files were checked (nothing to update or fix) still no dice…
Please just use the dev tools to move the toon, I know this is possible as this was done for my wife less than 5 days ago…

I’m sorry about the issue you’re having with the transfer to Frislandia, I can advice you to take a look to this link for the steps you need to complete the transfer, in case you have missed any:

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
